Many summers have passed since in 1964 Antonia Alba and Francisco Rubio, put the seed of what today becomes the restaurant Francisco La Fontanilla. From our first customers, fishermen who beached their boats in the sand on Fontanilla beach, our kitchen has grown facing the sea, with the premise of always offering the best quality, ingredients, processing and services.

Currently, Bartolo Alba, son of Francisco and Antonia, runs the restaurant with right course. Respecting the legacy of family tradition, merging it with new trends and his own experimentation. He has improved that modest beach bar to the most important restaurants level, being a reference in Cadiz cuisine.

With a large presence of fish and seafood from the bay, with vegetables from the garden of Conil and meat from de la Janda. Francisco La Fontanilla offers a unique culinary experience to the commensals, able to delight the most discerning palates.
